Doug’s remodeling process has been fine-tuned over the years to help assure you get the remodeling results you desire and that you have a great remodeling experience with us.
OUR PROCESS HAS FOUR BASIC STEPS:

1.SITE VISIT AND PRELIMINARY ESTIMATE
Once you have contacted us by phone or using the contact form on this website, we will reach out to you to briefly discuss the project and will take you to a VIRTUAL TOUR so you can experience your own new home. Virtual Reality tour you will know 100% that what you want and how’s that going to look like.
2.DESIGN AND PLANNING
Assuming you like what we proposed, we enter the design and planning phase. During this stage, our architects, designers, and project managers work with you to finalize the design and draft more detailed construction plans and drawings.
3.CONSTRUCTION
When step two is completed, you sign the construction contract. We proceed with the construction.
4.WALK-THROUGH, PUNCH LIST, AND PROJECT COMPLETION
Toward the end of the project, we conduct a walk-through of the project with you and prepare a final punch list of any items not yet completed.
At this point the project is completed and your warranty period begins.
